How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by VidsXO.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Do I need to install anything?
No. VidsXO runs entirely in a modern desktop browser, and rendering happens on our servers, so you do not need a powerful computer.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. It needs no credit card and does not expire. Upgrade only when you need more.
